In the past decade, the need for senior living / care facilities has continued to expand in all of the markets Dollar serves around Georgia and the Southeast. With the completion of nearly two-dozen senior-living / care facilities this past decade alone, Dollar has proven experience in this growing and important market.
Dollar Concrete has constructed numerous projects around the Southeast for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, including military barracks, hardstand tank trails, training & maintenance facilities, and federal prisons.
Student housing facilities (dormitories as well as apartments) are similar to other multi-family projects, but many are complicated by compressed time frames in which to perform the work. Dollar's record of jobsite communication and coordination with our clients has proven to be successful.
